You have the same amount of info as I do.
So I will let you ponder.
However a clue:It was a warm day and they both have bulky clothes on.
The bloke on top is sitting on a plate attached to the pole the guy on the ground appears to be holding.
In reality the pole is attached to a bar extending along underneath the arm of the guy sitting down.
This bar in turn attaches to a another bar or brace that extends to the ground down his back and welded to a plate he is sitting on – or a rendition of that idea – all self supporting
Great use of cantilever technology and impressed with both guys for maintaining the balance.
Which they did for hours.
